In addition to taking great care to build a truly sustainable and biodiverse area within the surrounding forests and mountains a state-of-the-art winery has been built, which sits perfectly alongside the ancient buildings, beautiful walks, fountains, wells, gardens, olive groves and sculptures overlooking the three vineyards nestling within the valley. The Mistral wind also contributes as an ally from time to time by refreshing the vines with its cooling breezes.

Biodiversity

All who work in this haven of wildlife take great care to return everything possible to the soil, composting house, garden and vineyard waste. Vineyard rows are covered with natural grasses and flowers to nurture the myriad insects and worms that live undisturbed in the soil, contributing to vine growth and health.
